Support Jack Frost

BRINGING A NEW BALLET TO OUR COMMUNITY
is an endeavor of love.  After 16 years successfully producing the original ballet of  “The SnowQueen”, written by Hans Christian Andersen, we are breaking new ground again, with a new and original story, choreography and origianally composed music. By presenting new and original productions we are infusing our community with cultural stories and theatrical presentation.  We continue to provide dance education to young dancers and opportunity for the professional dance talent that grace our stage.  By working as volunteers, our professional Composers, Choreographers, Costumers, Set and lighting designers make it possible for us to bring these new and original performances to Glendale Ca. The Legend of Jack Frost is our newest endeavor and requires new sets, backdrops, props,  new costumes, hundreds of hours in the rehearsal studios, office and administrative assistance and the theater, where the ballet is presented in an enjoyable fashion.  Since we endeavor to make our productions affordable for everyone, ticket sales alone do not cover the expenses. As a non- profit 501 (C)(3) we are able to accept your generous donation so that we can coniinue to provide new and original productions featuring original music and choreography. Wtih your help, California Contemporary Ballet remains an inspired place for artists of all ages to hone their talent and achieve their goals while presenting captivating new production for the entire community.

Not everyone has the ablity to give but even a small amount helps differ the costs associated with presenting a new ballet.

Jack Frost knows that a cold heart leads to unhappiness but love is found through giving. This Wnter, won’t you please give to our artists who work so hard to bring quality dance to our community?

We invite you to support California Contemporary Ballet as we launch the 2014 inaugural performance of “The Legend of Jack Frost”.  Your heartfelt donation will help us to continue the creative process of introducing new ballets to the foothill communities, Southern California and someday, to points beyond.
